The brand new SPN/PK crossover 'Verse: Information Post
So, I've finally got a basic idea of characters and their Pokemon as I'll write them in this 'Verse. I don't yet know all of what I'm writing but it'll be fun and interesting to play with that's for sure. Until I get more practice at writing them, I'll probably be keeping Pokemon interaction down to just the Starters for each character rather then writing the whole teams but I still have them planned out, just in case.
This 'Verse will be both oneshots and longer, plot driven fics. For now, I'm focusing on the oneshots, mainly for introductory purposes and to see how people like the idea. The first oneshot I've written is a 'first meeting' between Sam and Gabriel, followed by one I'm working on for Dean and Castiel. As you can imagine, any pairings will be Gabriel/Sam and Dean/Castiel. I've also got some Gen fics planned, focused mainly on Dean and Sam doing whatever with their teams.
The Gabriel/Sam plotline includes a longer fic that will take the snapshot I'll post soon and expand it into a five times they meet fic.
Anyway, I'll be using this post as an informational thing, I'll use links to explain some of the Pokemon and/or Pokemon related things people might not know and want to know.
This is the basic information you'll need to know in regards to characters and their Pokemon.
Sam Winchester:
Starter: Growlithe named Valafar, Male
Pidgey named Andras, Female
Seel named Nicor, Female
Lapras named Xaphan, Male
Rhyhorn named Kobal, Male
Dean Winchester:
Starter: Ponyta named Impala, Female
Pikachu named Kansas, Male
Meowth named AC, Female
Tauros named Creedence, Male
Scyther named Wayward, Male
Castiel Novak:
Starter: Eevee named Angel, Female
Cyndaquil named Camael, Male
Togepi named Seraphiel, Female
Phanpy named Nathanial, Male
Sneasel named Mihael, Male
Gabriel Novak:
Starter: Houndour named Loki, Male
Skarmory named Thor, Male

Other useful things to know:
Trainers/Masters: People who raise Pokemon for battling and/or contests.
Pokemart : A place Trainers go to buy supplies for their Pokemon including Potions and other Healing items along with Pokeballs.
Pokeballs: A round capsule designed for housing Pokemon when not in battle, a Pokemon must have a Pokeball connected to it's trainer in order to belong to that Trainer. Any wild Pokemon can be caught but not Pokemon that already have a trainer. Despite it's purpose, not all Pokemon like being kept in their balls and some Trainers let them reside outside as a result. Trainers can only carry six Pokemon in Pokeballs at a time. There are many different kinds of Pokeballs.
