i hope the fever subsides and doesn't interfere with the surgery.

The cat that lives behind me has only 3 legs and manages just fine. He doesn't jump the high fences anymore but still lives a full life.

I've heard a lot of stories about three-legged cats recently. I think she'll be fine, once she gets from where she is now to healed.

So sad they can't save her leg, but she's so lucky to have found a "home for the holidays".

We're just hoping she'll be healthy and happy once she heals from surgery. :)
