I love the scene where he steals the kid's report card. That scene is actually an homage to a much older Joker story from the early 40s called "Comedy of Tears," which is in Vol. 7 of the Batman Chronicles.

Oh my God, this is hilarious. I was all prepared for truly horrific crimes, and, man... I had to keep on stifling my laughter 'cause there were other people in the room. It was difficult.
