Many thanks to silvercat17 for many of these scans!

The Prettiness
Nolan’s Joker is so goddamn pretty. I don’t know how he does it, but he makes him look like a preternaturally gorgeous playboy. That bone structure! That chin! Those eyes! The nose! Everything, it all just adds up to one stunning example of a pretty, pretty man but still with the ( Read more... )

Thanks so much for posting this! I really am loving this art style. It's kind of like Bolands, though a bit crisper I guess you could say. I'll be picking up my copy of Devil's Advocate on tues. :D BTW, I'm almost done with your portrait for my web comic and was wondering if you'd like me to draw anything else for you, a scene from one of your fics or something else. Let me know :)

Looking for specific Graham Nolan Joker image... emblemcomics December 25 2009, 16:13:32 UTC
Hi guys,

There's a specific Joker image I remember really liking (when originally published),
but I just can't find it anywhere:

The image was a DC house ad, published in 1993 (or 1994)
featuring the pony tailed version of the Joker,
standing besides a "Death Of Batman" mock movie poster.

The ad promoted a "Joker directs a movie" storyline which ran
through Detective comics #671-#673.

The art was done by Graham Nolan & Scott Hanna.

I'm NOT looking for interiors from the actual story,
but only for the specific house-ad image.

Thanks for your help,
Gal

If you browse through my Facebook, you may find it. It was posted on the 16th of Mars 2012.
I hope this'll help. My Facebook-name is the same as my livejournal-name.
