[ the moment the feed starts he recognizes her, that hair, those eyes, that dress - from longer ago, he knows, but the thought doesn't cross his mind as easily while he's too caught up in the sheer surprise of seeing her here (right now Tsubaki and Minene seemed to be gone out of nowhere) even though he would never-- ]

Yuno! [ the name slips over his lips too easy, too quick as he hurriedly turns the device on. video, even, just so she can see he's okay, aside from the apparent shock on his face. ]

[ when someone calls your name, you're instinctually inclined to pay their direction mind- when yuno hears her name called by yukki, that attention is made doubly. she would never mistake his voice, so she knew it was him before he had even finished saying her name. her second response, too! she's so happy! she can't help breaking into a smile as she responds- ]

Ah- Yukki! Yukki, you're here! Something strange happened, so I was worried...

[ she scrutinizes his appearance for a moment over the device- he was healthy! a little shooken up, but... ]

Yukki, are you alright? ... Did you get my message?

[ the one she had sent before coming here, of course, since her cell phone was so very out of order in this present location. ]

Message..? [ he repeats the word idly, as if he's not even sure what she's talking about. but from instinct he all the same grabs his cellphone, opening it just to see it not working as usual, as it hadn't since he had arrived in this place. was she talking about something from back home..? ]

I'm okay, and I don't know what message you're talking about [ and it's easy to see in his unsure expression (not that he usually doesn't have it..) ] but.. we should meet up, right?

[ he figures Yuno of all people would at least agree with that. ]

[ she re-opens her own cell phone- she could've sworn it had sent before she had gotten here, but... ]

Huh... It must not have gone through, then. [ a small moment of confusion, until she shrugs it off with another smile- a little half-heartedly this time, but this isn't a problem that can't be easily fixed. ] But...that's alright! I can tell you in person.

[ she's also glad they're on the same wavelength here- ]

Dissimulo is what it's called, I think... Yukki, where are you? [ then said energetically- ] There's a map on this, so I can come find you!

[ a town over is awfully inconvenient- but that's okay, she's used to dealing with unexpected complications. this was simply a matter of distance as it were- although the entire situation was a cause for concern. she'd worry about everything else once she had made her way back to yukki again, though- getting to him was the only priority she had right now. ]

Okay! I'll see if I can do that, then.

[ ah-! and he was waiting for her... maybe it's the way he worded it, or the way he actually said it, but something about it rings sincere- like he's not waiting just for her protection, but for her. she feels pretty good right about now, and her smile returns- despite a few things still troubling her in the back of her mind. overall, this was working out nicely- so long as he waited for her, everything would be alright. they could talk once she got there- she wasn't very keen on using this network for talking with him as it were. ]

I'll.. I'll definitely come, so don't worry- I'll be there soon, Yukki!

Yeah, I know you'll definitely come.. I trust you. [ he nods, still smiling - he's still a little overwhelmed at the mere thought of Yuno being here again, that he'll be able to meet her in person again in a mere few hours, but at the very least the smile won't fade just because of that thought staying in the back of his mind. ]

I'll see you then. I think I'll go over to where the subway arrives in Discedo in a little bit so you can immediately see me once you get off, okay?

it's most notably the word "trust" that affects her emotions, especially considering that yukki's trust is the only thing she's worked so hard toward achieving, second only to his love. his encouragement, or rather, the fact that he places his trust in her only serves to further her determination to reach him in a timely manner and carry out what she's promised- to protect him. because nobody else could. ]

Mm! [ a nod with a corresponding sound of agreement- she sounds genuinely happy, and it's evident on her face as well: the way she's blushing, the way her eyes and overall countenance appears to soften... ] I'm on my way.

[ there's no reason to give it a second thought, but before switching off the communicator she hesitates, if only to say something else- ] I love you, Yukki!

[ there are really no thoughts about Yuno's darker side on his mind right now, nothing about the stalking, the killing, all of that - maybe he just accepted it as a part of her by now, because he already forgave her everything she did, even to him, because he had decided to try and save her all the same. and then she died, and he thought he had lost her and she was the one who tried to save him in the end, but.. now she's here, and it's her and with that way she smiles - genuinely, he can tell - he really doesn't consider those things just yet.

instead he smiles back, warmly, maybe even a bit confidently compared to his usual attitude. so before they both switch off the feeds, he can at least tell her it too: ]
