hehe, thanks! and yeah, gerard had a drinking problem. it was really bad for a while. it made him feel suicidal and everything (the phone conversation with brian schechter i mentioned in the fic and such are all true). but he's fine now, hasn't drunk since like 2004. and he has been very open about it. :)
