The series of online Iron Pentacle intensives is drawing to a close with In the Name of Power in a few weeks. I have had a handful of people enquire if I'd be offering the series again. I'd really love to. It has been such a powerfully transformational experience for everyone who did even part of it--including me. So, I am querying about ( Read more... )

I took the first two, and would have continued on, but moving and money got in the way. I loved the classes I took. I found them juicy, with the right balance of discussion for Talky Self, stimulation for Fetch, and inspiration for my Godsoul. These workshops were my major impetus for wanting to study more deeply with you!

Is this sort of the same type thing as the Reclaiming Tradition Iron pentacle series followed by the pearl pentacle?

Having never experienced Reclaiming Style teaching or workings with the Iron Pentacle, I cannot answer this adequately. Iron Pentacle is a Feri Tradition practice. This particular series is fairly intense and emphasizes embodiment. That is, the ultimate goal of the work is to be rather than do Iron Pentacle.

It would be helpful, perhaps, if someone familiar with Reclaiming Style IP who has taken any part of this series would chime in with your two-or-more-cents!

Hope this is helpful.

Sorry I forgot to login, I wanted to take the iron pentacle intensive in Colorado Springs when the group there was doing it, but I live in VA so couldn't travel out there. I heard it was a wonderful experience. I think Reclaiming tradition founder, Starhawk, trained under the Anderson's so it's probably similar in nature since Victor and Cora Anderson started the Faeri Tradition. I was under the assumption from previous correspondence that this type of work couldn't be done over the internet? I was told it had to be a face to face type training? I'm still a seeker so I am by no means qualified to judge anything, I'm just curious.

Anybody else here wanna take this query? It's really not my strong suit to address this topic as I am not Reclaiming and do not agree they are the same at all. Someone who knows both sides of the fence would have more to say on this.
