Thanks for this post. It's really lovely to hear another feri mom's perspective, especially since all this is still so fresh to me. As a mother of a very intelligent and spiritually gifted two year old, I often feel alone in my soul's quest, not knowing how to integrate my child in all the acts of empowerment and grace and strength and love I must do for myself on a daily basis. And to not feel selfish or guilty about it. I would enjoy more dialogue about parenting and feri at some point...
