Tired

I couldn't sleep last night. I took a prescription pain killer to help with pain in my back. It hurt to breathe. Even then I still couldn't fall asleep. At around 2 I was able to get a bit of sleep. Until the alarm went off at 3. I didn't want to get up. But I did and now I'm sitting here on the couch just trying to stay awake. Tim already left for

May I reccomend you try tea and a back rub from Tim tonight to see if it soothes you? Non-caffeinated tea obviously.
