Another chapter

I feel like another chapter has been written in my life. At the start of this new chapter, Tim and I are starting our year before thinking about expanding our family. Due to some medical issues, we feel it is best to prevent any conception and work on certain other issues in our daily lives. We're also going to work on strengthen our relationship

I think the year to make your foundation firm is a good decision, and to make sure you both are in healthy place to participate in your children's lives to the maximum of your abilities. Remember if it all goes slightly off plan for some reason thats ok too, thats just the random of life throwing you a chance to grow and create a new chapter.

I'm sorry you guys had a spat, but glad to read you both worked through it. Spats can be scary but love as a foundation really can help you through those moments.

And I still don't sleep right when my husband and I are apart. For me, it gets easier to deal with but the ache of missing him never fades.

Yesterday I received a confirmation that I had won the grand prize of a sweepstakes - a DVD set of the Dunstan Baby Language. It was talked about on Oprah (that's where I learned about it) in a show called The Secret Language of Babies. That made me sad. But in a year...

We're doing very well and working through things. The problems tend to happen when we don't communicate well, and that's exactly what happened. Somehow we both knew we weren't and we wanted to, but we didn't, so we blew up at each other. We got down to the business of what was actually the problem and we were fine.

I overslept. I'm not sure what happened, but I woke up at 7:30 thinking how great it was to sleep in on a Saturday. It was Tuesday. I was disoriented all day.
