HA! So my cycle did start on Wednesday after all, just later on in the day than I’m used to. I think it’s the first time I’ve ever actually been excited about its arrival. :P

Reading the profile makes me wonder what mine would look like (yeah, I know I'm a girl, but still...) and if I'd be chosen by any one. Probably not, what with my tendancies toward alcohol and drug consumption. That and I'm kinda short.

I was thinking the same thing, too, if I were to ever donate eggs (which I would love to do, but I think I might be too old by the time I'm done with pregnancy & breastfeeding to qualify.)

Though I wonder if being lesbian would put off a lot of prospective families? I'm glad the sperm donor profiles don't even ask about sexual orientation...

No, unfortunately about 99% of sperm banks cannot/will not provide donor photos. Some do provide baby photos of the donors, though, and NW said recently that they're considering it, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for that... that would be kind of cool. :)
