Icons #228: 51 Doctor Who & Torchwood icons

Since I recently obsessed over Jack again, I ended up claiming Season 1 of Doctor Who for round 59 @ season20in20 and Jack for round 59 @ doctorwho20in20I finished the Doctor Who icons on the 18th and figured I wouldn't need that long for Jack... I guess I forgot how horridly dark those Torchwood Screencaps could be as I struggled to find good ones. I think I eventually
