hey one quick thing.... this same thing happen to a friend of mine and the reason they were tryin to charge her soo much cuz apparently they siad that she needed to get the ehwole car repainted so if i was u i would see if shes tryin to make u pay for a whole new paint job instead of gettin what she needs fixed!!.....just thought i would let u know
