The cover actually continues on the back and inside, so hopefully everyone should be there :) (I asked my friend who bought the book for me about it, since I was curious too... I wish I could see the whole thing already!)

You could always try amazon Japan, if you have a credit card. Just search for Samurai Deeper Kyo and volume 38 will be the first thing to pop up. Or there's eBay too... I've seen most of the original manga being sold there for a decent price, so probably they'll have 38 soon too.
