Summary: When Castiel becomes human the first thing he notices is the heat.
When Castiel became human the first thing he noticed weren't the constant aches (perhaps Dean ate so often because his stomach always hurt) or even the silence from no longer being able to hear the hum of Jimmy's soul, but the heat. As much as he hated to admit it, Zach had been right about human sweat being smelly and sticky.
Castiel rolled onto his side and grumbled; the hot, damp air of the motel room made sleep impossible. Dean pressed himself against Castiel's back and Castiel shivered. Dean's cold feet always Castiel reminded of the icy spires in Hell.
