In a nutshell - that game cannot run without him. He's one of the few that goes above and beyond.

Did you know that when you go bowling you can ask them to put up the gutter guards so you can't get a gutter ball. It's usually better when you have kids with you so it looks like you are trying to help them. But they will do it for the big "kids" too.
