hey, I think I need a copy of this "mancatcher" recipe. My wife loves white chocolate and with mother's day coming in the not too distant future, it'd be nice to have.
Also, if you are not aware, a double boiler will keep chocolate, and the white variety from burning. :)
Yeah, I don't have no double boiler. Though it did occur to me that there was something that people use to melt chocolate better than a microwave. But I made do. And I've learned a lesson. Luckily I had bought extra chocolate just in case! :)
get a sauce pan and then a slightly larger glass bowl (or any type of bowl that isn't plastic, but glass is best)which will sit in the top of the sauce pan (but won't let any water slip in) and put the chocolate in the bowl....stir as it melts. it works just fine. =) oh and I'm very jealous of you having a place to cook AND for not sending me any. =P
