I heard they are making a Band Hero, or some such. Where you & your friends play lead, bass, drums, and vocals!!! I won't be buying that. But I do plan on schmoozing with someone who does.
Even having played it once at Lou's house, I highly recommend it. I love music and I loved it. I could easily get addicted to this game. I eschew trying the ones in the store, because I have this weird thing about making a total ass out of myself in public (unlike the larp-type "public", where everyone can act like an ass equally in a safe, supportive atmosphere.)

Yes, we did have a good time! I loved the fireworks! Woot!
Sunday my other half and I had an inexpensive day out. We went to Mystic with a picnic basket and the pups and walked around the shops all day after eating sandwiches that we made. It was great! You would have been proud. Only thing we spent money on was ice cream at Friendly's before we left Mystic. And we got a small for the pups too, so it was okay. ;-)

I did however finally get a perfect on Warrant - Cherry Pie. Oh my god do I not need to ever listen to that song again!! :)
