This chapter broke my heart. These paragrpahs were so breathtaking, it brought a tear to my eye. Your prose is incredible and had me on the edge of my seat. Angel's suffering is terrible and that it should be Spike there with him made harder to read on. Brilliant stuff. Can't wait for news of Spike in the real world. Love you for posting such a monumental chapter

Really great chapter. Angel’s torture is worse and I did not think that was possible. It looks like he is getting glimmers of memory so hopefully his escape will be soon. Can not wait to see how Spike is doing in the real world, from the last chapter I don’t think a rescue for Angel will be coming from him just yet. I love Buffy and her moaning at Angel I think that what life would be like for the couple is the Shansue had ever happened. Really looking forward to next chapter

Thanks for sticking with the story, my beta and me had hours and hours to dream up new and more terrible tortures (we're nice people really). Yeah, Spike has his fare share of trouble and strife in the real world and is a bit preoccuped at the moment and as for Buffy in Angel's dreamworld, I can just imagine her nagging her husband. :)
