At my niece's funeral I saw the hearse crew exchange a joke and laugh. I was so angry, then I thought to myself "I'm at a funeral, they are at work". Silly little things happen at work and we laugh them off. It may be unpleasant to visitors to our workplaces, especially when it is a serious matter (like funerals and court appearances) but workers in serious workplaces are still human.
