I'm pleased that The Missing Element pleased as many people as it did, it was great fun writing that and this one too. The thought that handy/Clone Ten being offered the same pathways as Ten but to choose his own path was a thought that nagged at me for a while and I'm really floored that this story came together the way it did :D
Thanks again for reading and enjoying!!

Will you be writing more about this AU?

I'm not sure if this will go any further, I won't say any thing definitely since this took me off guard :D But their dynamic is one, especially fueled most recently by Tennant and Simm, that keeps drawing me back time and time again~

I could go on for ages about the sudden/weirdness that was dumping Handy!Doctor with Rose as the ultimate fix-it/wank fest for their twu luv *laughs* It's such an awful turnabout for all parties involved really, just look at how even after Rose gets 'her' Doctor with a kiss and love, she still runs after Ten as he turns to go because it's a booby prize that won't make anybody happy (at least, that's my pov) and she knows that almost right away. How is Handy!Doc supposed to feel, especially laced with the spine and saucy mind of Donna, after seeing that? After what Ten said about him? It was just waiting for so, so much more and I'm really, really honored so many people seem to like where I ran with that set up :D

First off, I adore the imagery in your icon :D Where is it from?
And oh I'm so glad to hear that people are still fond of a story from two years ago~ If people like reading it half-as-much as I liked writing it, then I'm set for life :D

This story is even better. BlueSuit needs the Master so much, true, but this story's ending shows how much the Master has been needing his Doctor. Wonderful to think of those two together in any universe. Which of course is a bit scary, too.

Feedback from you really makes my day when it comes to this pairing :D So thank you for that!
The exchanges between the Master and the Doctor, regardless of the era of them, are just beyond enjoyable. They do have that intense dependency while at the same time, they're chafing to be as far away from each other at the same time~ With Handy!Doc here, I liked the thought that this was a Doctor that could break the mold and not have to run away as he'd done before.
