My current apartment is about 550 Square feet... from what Craigslist seems to tell me it is possible (although I've seen stuff as small as 250 sq feet for the same price in the same area... ha ha). Bensonhurst is another area I'm looking into. Fun times.

Coming to the dance late, but would you believe that The Black Eyed Peas first two cds were actually good, focused on criticizing what they would end up becoming (ie criticized the commercialization of rap) and didn't have Fergie!
