I got a call from my job the other day and i'm starting monday. So now i have to go out and buy a few more scrubs to wear. My mom gave me a certificate to the scrub store that i like the other day. I think i may just go and spend it all tomorrow. I just can't wait until I get my first paycheck. Hopefully i'll be able to get a decent car soon

My ex best friend (we lost touch recently but I've known her for 20+ years) has the top all time heinous families. For Easter when she was 15, her parents (who have been separated since she was 3 months old but never got divorced) told her they were taking her out for Easter dinner together so she got all excited yknow thinking her parents may reconcile... Instead, they took her to a mental hospital and DROPPED HER OFF. She called me flipping out crying hysterically. How horrible is that???

OMG who would even do that to their own child and on a holiday at that. I swear some people just shouldn't have children, there should be some sort of law against it.

Yeah whenever I get down about my own life/upbringing/whatever, I think about hers (as sad as that sounds)...she had it so much worse than I did...
