I keep all mine in a binder (I usually write them out before typing them) and on my Google Drive, regardless of where else they get posted.

Google Drive probably a good option as a back up, thanks!

Having seen archive after archive vanish, I'm all for folks putting their fanfics in multiple places. (And finding older stuff on the TFN forums always was a pain.) FFN for sure, Archive of Our Own if you have/can get an invite, and I second magickira's Google Drive (formerly Docs) for your own purposes.

I've heard of Archive of Our Own but don't really know that much about it - will certainly start with ffn. Thanks for the advice!

AO3 is a little controversial but I think it's in for the long haul, and it's set up ala FFN so it's easy to navigate. Alas, it hasn't really caught on in SW fandom yet... We're really kind of out-layers in the world of general fandom, I've noticed.

I'll be happy to send you an invite to Archive of Our Own! It's definitely a good place for backups.

Oh, and by the way, happy birthday!
