I think Robin's birthday was a good wake-up call for him to realise how much time he'd, essentially, wasted in mourning when honouring what he thought to be Marian's final wishes would be more productive :)

I'm glad you like the ambiguity of Tuck - I wasn't sure if that would work - I conceived my version of the character before series 3 aired but I'm afraid that a bit of Harewood!Tuck may be bleeding into him!
