Very nice chapter! I like that you're not making it totally sunny and easy for Robin and Marian. ;) Much/Eve ... awww! ♥ And great last section, very powerful (even if, historically, I'm pretty sure Richard's captivity was not in such conditions).

Thank you! I think Robin/Marian have unresolved issued that wouldn't just go away if she had survived.

And I've taken the same view on historical accuracy as The Show i.e. take the general concept and make the rest of it up ;)

Beautiful story. I just found it today and have read all eight chapters in one setting. I love how you depict each of the characters. It is so spot on, though I must admit Robin's depression is contagious. I look forward to when he gets a little more life back into him. One of my favorite parts so far is when Robin "confronted" Guy in Locksley. That scene gave me goose bumps. Well done. I look forward to more soon!
