Okay, so, yeah, aside from the whole awards thing, I found this amazing picspam for the Ninth Doctor a little while back, and that stirred up the icon muse but good. So using the screencaps in that picspam (with permission), I made a batch. Here are the results:

Hee, that's actually my take on the Mystery Science Theater 3000 riff "Just smile at the stupid white people." The second I saw that picture of Nine I thought of it.

Aww, Nine! I think he'd kind of be a little more pleased than that over the fanfiction, though. Or I'd hope. And 3 really is gorgeous.

I suppose it would depend on his mood when he found out. If he was feeling particularly anti-human that day, I doubt he'd be too happy to hear about the stories humans have written about him. Thanks, 3's probably my favorite. ^^

Heh. I think he would be mostly kind of amused, if somewhat uncomfortable. Just for the anthropological element. Three is just perfect ;)

I think he would, like CE himself, not understand what compels people to write about him. Especially to write the stuff that would most likely put that particular expression on his face. Heh, I dunno about perfect- it is the first time I've put one picture on top of another.

Okely-dokely, I just found this entry, and I must say that I absolutely love these icons! Humorous Nine icons are few and far between these days, so this is really nice. I snagged 3, 4, 6, 7, and 8. I'm not really sure which one is my favorite (though 4 and 7 are pretty close), but I think I'm going to use 3 as my default icon. It's so pretty and kind of mesmerizing.
