Only 96 pages to go, then it's on to the *really* boring book!

Eee, I got my assignments for remixthedrabble today. I'm really excited to do them- not least because for one of my optional remixes I got a familiar name. Not someone I've talked to, but someone who I know writes high-quality stuff. So, eee... XD

I was re-watching the pilot of Burn Notice the other day, and discovered that Reaper's Ray Wise and Dexter's ( Read more... )

crossovers, heroes, reaper, tv, burn notice

I also really want to write about Dead Like Me's Rube visiting Pushing Daisies' Pie Hole, ever since they mentioned Happy Time Temp Agency on the latter show, and anyway we know Bryan Fuller is all about mixing up characters among his shows.

Pushing Daisies was, I believe, supposed to be a direct spin-off of Dead Like Me. I'd love to see Rube stroll in.

Heh, as if the Petrelli clan needed to be any more f-ed up than it already is, but think of the fics!

Peter, Sylar and Nathan as the sons of the Devil? Oh, the Antichrist jokes. And wonderful Reaper crossovers.

No kidding? I wouldn't have guessed that, Dead Like Me and Pushing Daisies have such different feels to me. But, hey, why not?

Mmhm, my thoughts exactly. ;)

Gah, now that you mention it, there was a third one...what was it? Hmmm....

(Did you see the Heroes graphic novel this week? I'm just about all squeed out over it.)

There was? Argh, I was starting to think I'd just hoped there was. Now I really have to try to remember it.

(I did not, but I sure am now!

Eeeeeeeee... XD So he went to London! I suppose I should be used to my fics getting the hell Jossed out of them.

So, now Elle's the one looking for help controlling her powers. Y'know, I'm just waiting for Claude to pull a Cox and be like, "This whole 'groovy guidance counselor' thing you people seem to have working is a total fantasy. I'm not that guy!"

Oh, and can I say the artists are getting way better at CE's face now? the GN with him and his first partner- yeah, not so much. But this one's first-rate. Can't wait to see more.)

Were you the one I was talking about a Torchwood/Psych crossover? Or was it englishmuffin2? So many Psych fans out there, I don't remember.

Hee. We had a whole bunch of squeeing going on over on peterandclaude about it; heh, I'll bet Peter told Elle all about how helpful Claude was in teaching him to control his powers and that's why Elle's out looking for him. Poor Claude, always getting stuck with the irrational and needy.

Well, it's probably a different artist, but he (or she) definitely did put in a lot more effort to make Claude actually look like Claude; also, the change in wardrobe is at least a little significant, hopefully?

Ah HA! Yes! The epic star-crossed romance of Shawn/Jack's Coat, I remember! Awesome.

I'm sure you did. Irrational and needy does seem to be the poor guy's milieu. Kinda like Wilson. Only mean and violent.

I guess it is- I haven't been keeping up. Hmm, I don't see much of a change to comment on, myself. And he's still ten kinds of beardy...

Mm, they are nice in potentia, so to speak. Can't get screwed up by the actual writing process.
