Good evening! I had an interesting day today. Spent it with some friendly young strangers in DC. Well, I say strangers- a stranger is never really a stranger if they're also a nerdfighter. Anyway, we ate pizza, saw a lovely congregation of kites on the Mall, and took in a suprasensorial experience at the Hirshhorn. Check out some of my kite

I applaud the number of fandoms you've produced fic for. For all the fandoms I've poked around in, I rarely actually write fic for them.

Right? I wish those pictures could be in 3-D. You can't really get the scope of all those kites floating over the Mall.

Heh, well, I've been at it for quite a few years now. Dang, more or less ten of them, now that I think about it. Holy crap.

Whoa, I was at the kite thing on the Mall today too! Maybe we passed each other at some point. :P I was hoping to see the Cherry Blossoms, but I guess they've all gone by this point.

P.S. How long are you in DC for? It's a bit of a hike for you, if I remember correctly. Although I suppose a bus from Baltimore wouldn't take that long...

Eh, it's not too bad. I have to drive to the Greenbelt metro and ride in. So it can take me upwards of an hour to get anywhere good, but it's doable.
