Wow! Did you invert the colour of Kahlan's outfit to make it white?

Naw, I didn't invert it. I decomposed the image (with gimp) and then fiddled with curves. :)

I decomposed the image in gimp, and than messed with curve settings. Eventually found some settings that made the leathers okay.

Th white leather looks like a negative image. Is it? I'll have to try that...

Not exactly. Inverting turned the red into a bright messy picture. Didn't look nice at all.

I found decomposing the image with gimp, inverting the green image, and messing with curves settings worked best.

*blinks* Wow, I dunno that I'd have the patience to figure that out. Do you use Photoshop? I use Paint Shop Pro 7 - I could never figure out how to use photoshop.

I'm using gimp and lol bout patience. Well, it wasn't exactly a hardship given I then had a good excuse to stare at Kahlan while messing with settings. ;D

(and I found a nice color to black/white tutorial for the basics when just inverting didn't work ^_^)
