Possible Flipper crossover?

I while ago I came across a fic I but in my bookmarks to read later but lost the link in changing laptops. It's a crossover fic of EW's characters from Flipper and one of OB's characters, which I'm almost but not completely certain, is Shy from Haven.

Please tell me I'm not crazy and made the whole thing up . .
