Western Lovers: Cowboys and Biologists is a David/Orlando over 30 chapters.

toolost_inyou has written several Craig/Orlando stories varying in length. You can find them in the memories here

Brenda has written a lot of Karl/Orlando her fic index is here
I can especially recommend the Claimed Universe which is very long and very enjoyable, it does have different combinations of Karl/Orlando/Harry/David, you can find it here.

I wonder if you have ever read niceandfluffy's Point Zero. It is a stranded on a desert island fic starring Orlando, Sean, Eric, Karl, Dave and Viggo. It is a sexy suspense fic. You might enjoy it.

Off the Ropes (AU) by abundantlyqueer is by no means just Orlando/Karl, but imo the best parts of the story are the ones that focus on that pairing. It's marked as a WIP but I'm pretty sure it's actually abandoned as there's nothing new in quite a while. Still, there are over 40 parts of the story, which you can find linked from here.
