Thank you so much; I'm really pleased you liked it. I'm particularly glad to see your comment about the cranes. I spent more time than I should admit looking up various birds and the symbolism attached to them, and when I started reading about cranes it just clicked for me.

i love how slowly the story unfolds. it starts off as any other story would, with Boromir waiting for Aragorn, and it's only until much, much later that the truth is revealed. absoultely stunning.
