This is just wonderful. I really enjoyed the idea that Maglor was not completely alone, and that he was able to watch over Elrond and his family. Thank you so much.

I too find the thought of Maglor being able to cast a watchful eye over Elrond and his children quite soothing.
From the books I always felt that Maglor, even though he respected his father’s wish to regain hold of the silmarils, rather would have let it go. He always seemed to be reluctant in warring for the jewels unlike his brothers.
So this story gives me the satisfaction to see that his punishment is lifted at least slightly and he not only had found a companion but also a family to love and sing to.

I really enjoy how you show Maglor's deep sorrow and loss and then the renewed joy as he gets to watch over Elrond and his family, and in particular the twins. Really love the otherworldly feel to this; you capture that state of limbo really well.
