LOTR LIMS: Special Challenge
This is a Special Challenge. This round is ONLY for those who previously dropped out, forgot to enter, OR were voted off of lotr_lims. It is a chance for ONE of these people to redeem themselves and continue with the challenge. :D (This means, all current participants have two weeks off ;) )
ALSO! Because I will be out of town this weekend, the challenge will run for TWO WEEKS.
Rules:
-ALL icons must be submitted by 11 PM (EST) on Sunday, March 12th. If your icon is not submitted by this point, and you have not requested a bye, you will be disqualified. So far, the only people with permission to skip this challenge are:
- You must follow LJ-dimension rules: no more than 100x100 or 40kb. Do not share your icon anywhere before this challenge is over. Please do not submit an already made icon. If I find out you have, you will be disqualified.

-Brushes, textures, stock images (no people) are allowed.
-If you have any questions, please post them separate from your icon.
