Aren't there any that don't involve Elves?

There are a lot that don't have to do with Elves, dare I say maybe even a majority don't? Here is the master list of stalls. Prompts are by story setting, so avoid the Elf-centric settings and you'll find those to do with Men, Hobbits, Ainur, Dwarves, etc. I just scrolled through a few that have no Elves: Arnor, Gondor, The Shire, Numenor, and Erebor, Dale, & Laketown. Those are just the first few I clicked on.

Certainly! You just have to look in the right market stalls. There are several hobbit prompts in The Shire market, lots of prompts about the Dunedain in the Arnor stall, Gondor has prompts about the Steward's family. There are stalls for Bree, Rohan and Erebor, and special places to buy prompts for stories that could be for any Race or for crossovers.

I posted my story here, and am impatiently waiting for you to release it so that I can cross-post it to B2MeM. I had a lot of fun writing it, and would like the person whose prompt it is to have the fun of reading it.
