This was cute! The poor lads. I wonder where they are going to end up now? I wonder if they stepped accidentally into the TARDIS though that is the wrong story for that.

No, not the Tardis--I don't know Dr. Who well enough to put his ship into this. But Terry Pratchett's infamous traveling shop--that just seemed to want to set itself up in Ithilien this time, then skip to London and then--well, who knows where it might turn up next? Just pray Frodo and Sam don't find anything in that shop that resonates with them, because that could prove fatal! (Try reading Terry Pratchett's "Soul Music" to learn why.)

Oh good heavens! Frodo and Sam quarreling like that is WAY outside your box!

Makes me wonder what happened to the Ring. Is it now in a new reality? How will Sauron find it now? Or what will those of the West do with both their Ringbearers gone?

And just where might that shop take them next, too? It's rather capricious, after all. Although it just might decide that Frodo having the Ring is bad enough without trying to set him up with another iconic item to lead him to a different fate. And it was rather fun letting Frodo and Sam have a good old fashioned bickering match!
