There is still a verse or two yet, and explanation for the superscript. Unfortunately LJ ate my post, and as I'm on my mobile right now there's nothing I can do about this until I get home. So everything should be in order in a few hours. Sorry about the mess.

Wow, almost missed this one...the use of language is stunningly evocative, almost shakespearian, with a touch of Robert Browning too. I like!

Definitely Shakespearian in feel, and well describes the Worm of Edoras! Love the descriotion of Gandalf's reappearance in Rohan!
