acorn squash tofu pie!!!! is it the same ingredients as the pumpkin but with squash...oh my this sounds delish!

Acorn squash tends to be not as firm, but it is still very yummy, and gets firmer the longer it's in the fridge. YUM! I might have some for breakfast ;-)
