This was definitely the most touching one yet for me. Moonlight Serenade had much to do with it, since it's always been one of my favourites, but it was overall so moving.

I'm repeating myself, I know, but who cares. This verse is stunning!

I had tingles all through this. The little secret squeezes and looks they give each other, so fluffy and touching and yet there's that tension underneath that they can't be completely free with each other... is Mrs Hudson clueless in this verse?

OMG, the gag postcard! Did you actually find one from the 1940s with that picture on it?

I love Sherlock's physicality in this: swinging down from the back of the bus, foxtrotting in the kitchen, reaching out to re-start the record. You've really brought across how he imposes himself on a scene and grabs all the attention.

Thank you as always for a lovely comment! I'm afraid I'm keeping quiet about Mrs Hudson - we'll find out eventually. :) I'm so glad you enjoyed this.

The gag postcard is in fact this one:

Yes, yes, this.

(It's one of the reasons that I drew the comic. His movements. His hands...)

You had me at 'Care to dance?' Awwww.

Loved exploring the boys' bond with Mrs Hudson, and all those little things that make the characters. I like to think she would be understanding about the relationship, whatever the time period.

Don't worry, boys, it'll all be over soon! *hugs them*

Beautiful.

It is nice to introduce another character and see how their relationship works in that sort of scenario. :) So glad you enjoyed this - thank you for commenting. And I love your icon!

I love this series so much. Every time you update it I feel so amazing and happy, even when the story is sad.
