Gorgeous stuff! Love love love the colors. Why didn't you do dots all over the bookshelf though? (Why just on the top?) Just a design question, not a criticism.

John felt like it was "too much" so I'm leaving it as is until I get the linens. At first I planned to put dots all over, but the colors are a bit on the bright side and I'm not sure how so many dots would look once the other (dotted)painted piece is in place. We will have the nursery mostly together in a few weeks, and I will decide then. :)

The art is calendar pages with the frame backboard painted with the furniture colors, just in case you were wondering. I paid a $1.00 for the calendar (and still have 9 rose pix left to use if I want to)!!

I can do your furniture, even if it's Ikea laminate (they have special primer for that). I'd be happy to help you. :)

If you move into Jules' room then we get to use you as a nanny. ;)

Can you even imagine me as a nanny? :D Like, worst nanny EVAH! "Where's Jules? Uhhhh...[looks around in confusion] gee, she was here a minute ago..."
