I hate these makeover shows. They change people's personal styles. And then these people don't even seem to mind! And the hairstylists and make-up artists talk about making the person stylish or trendy. I just think it's awful. Why can't people just wear what they want to? Earlier today I was thinking that I just can't believe that this is already here. This is summer, June 20th, ballet show - all of it. I was in awe that this actually arrived.

But I'm happy. I'm content with this. Tonight was nice. I love that. Nice. Oh, not enough days are genuinely nice.

I can't write my feelings here right now. I feel like it's not right.

We can sum up life in Katie's words, "You look so different with make-up on."

It would be comforting to know that my friends keep secret, hand-written journals in which they write about their lives and occasionally mention me. It would make me feel like I have more worth. And you know I write about you in mine ( Read more... )

Chewing bubblegum and acting punk rock while listening to The Ramones' "Rocket to Russia" on vinyl gets lame. Especially when the gum loses its flavor. We all know that I'll never be one of those "yummy yummy punk rock girls."
