Twas time at last to attempt the home-made Mochi expirement.

Round 1: Green Slime
There are several copies of the same recipe for Mochi Ice cream on the web, which goes like this:

*Ice cream
*100 grams glutinous-rive flour
*180 ml water
*50 grams sugar
Mix it, heat it, wrap it, freeze it.

Job gotten. 6.75 an hour, not too bad given the min wage here is 5.15. Final paperwork and first day of training, sunday at 11am, which is /much/ better then having to get up thismorning to be there by 9 in order to stand in front of a computer watching an orientation video for half an hour. fun fun ( Read more... )
