About time that Nat gave Olivia a smack down for being pushy and bossy and generally thinking that she knew what was the best for everyone. Between that and catching up with the Charlie-Joey storyline on Home & Away, I've had a surfeit of characters going "OMGWTFBBQ I'M GAY AND THE SKY IS BURNING UP WHAT WILL PEOPLE SAY????!!!!!" reactions. Yes, I'll second the 'about time' because Olivia's been doing the exact same thing Frank's getting raked over the coals for in fandom. This is not to be a Frank apologist or anything, just what's good for the goose.. ya know.

Although, I do think what Olivia's leaving out in her 'I don't want you to get hurt' spiel(s) is 'I don't want you to get hurt.. and leave me'. She's basically cutting Natalia off at the pass. Which, once again, isn't giving Natalia enough credit.

But, really, what these two need to do is just MAKE OUT!! That would solve everything!

Proves my point that Olivia is actually being selfish, rather than unselfish and self-sacrificing. If she was truly being that, then she'd stfu and let Natalia make her choices for herself. Instead she's letting Gay!panic dictate what she thinks she should do to not lose Nat ( ... )
