I really enjoyed reading this. I certainly didn't miss any of the typical descriptive filler inserted between the dialogue ... er ... texting in a traditional story.
The bit about Sherlock texting while handcuffed was hilarious. And I adored the concept that he was embarrassed about the fact that there was now proof of his less-than-sober spelling/typing.
So. Much. Fun.

Especially the tired. :-D

But this was really awesome! Firstly it was very believable for them to have all those text conversation because they are already using their phones a lot in the show.
And then... it was all wonderfully written. So much was said in a minimum of words. Lots of feelings, of subtext in one or two sentences, or just in a lack of answer. And everything sounded so very much like John and Sherlock! Liked how it subtly went from friendship to something more.

Yeah, me, too! And sometimes, when I go to type "Sherlock" and there's an 'ed' verb after it, I wind up typing "Sherlocked" instead. *hangs head* :-D
Thank you very much! I'm so glad you enjoyed the story!
