*hugs you back* There was crack--but given canon in both shows, it wasn't *utter* crack. It was actually a really neat crossover idea. And it made me happy.

Jealous!Matt! Buffy with the virus! (Well, I'm only happy because she got better.) Four of my favorite guys in one place, however improbably! Giles' internal grumbling about this backward dimension where magic doesn't work right!

::laughs:: I think I kinda consider all crossovers to be a little cracky. Not because they can't be well written, or well done, but because they require a higher degree of suspension of disbelief, ya know?

we are just starting Heroes Season 2 here in New Zealand, I'm so looking forward to checking out the Matt/Mohinder pairing but then Mohinder is so damn hot.

I don't even watch Heroes and this had me intrigued.

*sighs* Another person trying to swing me over to the dark side. I can just see it now that I'm going to be watching Heroes before too long.

Heroes is lovely, though I am finding that (apart from my love for Matt, Mohinder, and their probably-unofficial foster daughter Molly), I really miss the way I watched it last season (in multi-episode chunks). It's a serial format, and some weeks your favorite characters/plotlines aren't in there at all, or their plots only advance the barest fraction of an inch.

My dad, who adores the show, has quit watching (which, since I watch weekly, translates into "does not make any effort to watch, and goes to bed or into his study to work if he feels like it") and has said he will wait for the S2 DVDs. (He watched S1 on DVD. In two, maybe three, days.)

::nods:: That is, unfortunately, true. I'm hugely glad that we're getting the M3 at the moment, but I know there will, eventually, be weeks when that's not the case and, even though I do really love some of the other characters, it's gonna be frustrating when that happens. ::sighs::

::Laughs:: Heroes is an awesome show, though I do have to echo what Mir says. There are weeks in which your favorite characters may only appear a little. It helps if you like a lot of the cast. ::nods::
