How can they charge her for the accident if it was not her fault? The justice system is so sub-par. Lords. Sorry for venting off on you, that just made me twitchy. I can't stand it when innocent people are the ones who are forced to handle things that should not be on their shoulders.

And I don't know why they're charging her. Mainly because the tractor trailer just kept going and since Jess was the only one who hit anyone, she's the one who's getting charged. It still really sucks.
