It's been out here in Finland for some weeks now, too!
I don't have the money but I think my dad might've bought it - I've been quite uninterested in Lost lately but can't really wait to watch the extras etc. :)

I think the early release here in Asia is to get ahead of the DVD pirates who usually release complete seasons sets themselves. :(

The DVDs came out a few weeks ago in England. I bought it on the first day of release and watched every episode over and over again, of course! I haven't checked out the special features yet though.

why does it seem to come out earlier everywhere expect the US? I want season four :( I am not elite enough to have tivo or any other neat way of recording except good old fashioned vhs so I haven't seen season four since the nights episodes aired. I want to re-watch asap!

I have no idea! I wish there would be a world-wide release date (or as close to it as possible) but alas, no such luck.

I guess I fall into the "elite" category (though I certainly don't feel elite), and have all of S4 on my DVR but I really can't wait for the DVD so I can finally delete all those saved hours!
