3х03 - All Charlie/Locke scenes and Hurley/Desmond. Especially, Hurley's phrase: Bear? Is that you?
And 3x01 (or 3x02, don't remember actually) - Sawyer's scenes in the cage and him, raising his hand and saying: "I have a question" or smth like that.
Oh, and i was amused when in the last ep Sawyer called the others as "the bunnykillers", so sweet)

For me it's not one scene so much as it's finding out Sawyer's latest nickname for someone :)

My two would definitely be the end of "Walkabout" and Eko's un-confession. Classic.

Walkabout would be 1x04, correct?

I loved that episode.

That's right.

It was the episode that made me a fan. I'd been turned off by the carpetbombing ad campaign, so I wasn't watching the show at all. a few weeks after the premiere my brother told me they ran this great episode that I absolutely head to watch. It was Walkabout, and I was hooked. Gods, how I miss season-one badass Johnny-on-the-spot-with-the-absolution Locke.

I had been watching since the beginning of the show, but it wasn't until Walkabout that I became a fan, and had faith that this was, and was going to be, an amazing show.

"Don't tell me what I can't do"

Everytime Locke says this to someone. Just love it.

Locke: You want your damn thirty dollars back? I want my kidney back!

Hurley: [to Sawyer, commenting on his glasses] Dude! Looks like someone steamrolled Harry Potter!

[Boone has taken the gun from Sawyer and Sayid to stand watch]
Sayid: Give it back to me.
Sawyer: Oh, yeah. Give it to Al Jazeera. He'll protect us.
Charlie: Al Jazeera's a network.

Sawyer: You taste like strawberries.
Kate: You taste like fish biscuits.

Al Jazeera also means 'the island' ;)

And strangely, we've now learned they are on a network of islands. :)
