[OOC] Notes.

Mar 05, 2009 17:45

As the entry title indicates, all of the information in this entry doesn't relate to the RP. Let's just say it's a sort of reference for me and you can take a look if you want.
(Also, this is to remind me that I actually need more journal entries to fully reflect his personality >_>.)

Because some of us like to blab on forever about things that look academic. )

notes, being overly pedantic lol, ooc

It's a very nice idea and project, and I'm looking forward to keep reading this.
Although now I feel the urge to bug you to no end for the arcana detailed description >_>

I documented myself a little for this game, and I did thought Arinori actually started with the reverse meaning of the tarot. It'll be interesting to see how he will evolve from there!
I admit though that I didn't really think that they started with the reverse meaning in the game as well ;___; (therefore my charas didn't as well)

Well, I'll be happy to share any information I come across (though I just lost my Tarot book again, yay).

I guess I consider this to be rather like a writing project for me as well. It also helps me to know how much research I can use in my writings.

Well, in a way, yes the social links to start off based on the Reversed meaning. But I always thought some like Kenji's and Kazu's and Tanaka's start off based on their Arcana's original meanings and tend to gravitate toward the reversed meaning by the end of it.

It's not exactly the Reversed meaning, but I'd say the effects of the Arcanas for the three of them were less obvious than the others.
Part of the reason why I think the Arcanas started out as being reversed was not only because they were acting in a way different from what was suggested by their respective Arcanas; it's also because Reversed Arcanas serve as a warning to them.
(...I must go and dig up my book on the Tarot. Wait, I'll do it now!)

This is about 20% research and 80% 'Let's see if I can come up with a more three-dimensional character'.

Still, the Tarot references make it fun.
